Gary is married to Ioana and has two children. He came to faith at the age of 17 through the youth work at Parr Street. He worked as a chartered Building Surveyor before serving as a missionary in Romania for 10 years. As of September 2024, he is an Assistant Pastor at Parr Street and has responsibility for the work with children and young people.

Gary is passionate about the mission of the church both locally and internationally, and in his spare time enjoys writing devotions on the subject. He loves football, coffee, chippy tea, and spending time with the family.
